OK! I admit it! I have a problem with glasses. I love them. I don't need them, I want them. I once met a very wise woman in the shoe isle of Steinmart's.We were both looking at shoes. I looked over at her and said "I just bought 2 pair of new shoes last week, I have no business looking at shoes". She looked me straight in the eyes and said "Sugar, that was what you needed last week"! And that has been my new motto ever since! So now when I buy more glasses I just say "it's OK! This is what I need this week". I know....it's sad. Who needs glasses when you already own boxes full! Maybe I can join GA (glasses anonymous). Oh well, let me show you what I couldn't pass up!
Pier 1 Imports.....you make my pocketbook so sad!!!!
I love getting a bargain and I have shopped the local Goodwill's and dollar stores and they're OK. What I can't pass up is a 75% off sale at Pier 1 Imports!!!
I came home with 4 bags of glasses!
Look at this BEAUTIFUL flute with etched polka dots. Originally $7.00 each on sale for $1.98
This matching water glass (which I will use for wine of course) was also $1.98
and finally this adorable green swirled martini glass. I LOVE it! Yep...$1.98
This is our bar at the Lake. Thank Goodness I have a storage area just around the corner! Martini anyone?
Dear Nancy
