I am embarrassed to admit it but this is actually what my jewelry box looks like on a good day! No matter how I organize it, it just ends up unmanageable!
One day I was cracking a few eggs and I thought to myself "hey self (cause I'm fun like that) what if we used this egg carton to organize your jewelry box?
Since I only needed to organize 3 sections cutting the egg carton up into thirds was super easy!
I clipped off the edges to make them smooth and round
Used a little spray adhesive (this stuff sucks if you get it on your hands! So don't)
and broke open my Mod Podge! I used 2 shades of tissue paper because that's what I had on hand (this was a cheep-ola project!)
After it all dried, I put on 2 coats of polyacrylic spray and there you have it! A redneck super dooper cheep organizer! Seriously a project most kindergartner's could accomplish. I however, enjoyed it and now every day I can find my earrings.
